Email not working? Call Toll Free (888) 341-3707 for 24 hour support, 7 days a week for all hosting, web, email, development and design related issues.
Simply send an email to Support@ThorneDigital.com and a trouble ticket will be automatically generated. You will receive a verification email shortly after your ticket has been created so that you may track your support issue.
Thorne Digital Media Group will respond to your support request within the following time frames.
Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST
Response time of 15 minutes for clients with Enterprise Support Contracts, 1 hour for all other clients.
Weekday Evenings (after 6:00 PM EST) and Weekends/Holidays:
Response time of 1 hour for clients with Enterprise Support Contracts, 4 hours for all other clients.
